Xiaomi unveiled its biggest TV yet, Redmi Max 100-inch Ultra-HD LED TV. Xiaomi launched the TV alongside the Redmi K50 series and RedmiBook Pro 2022 in China. The TV succeeds last year’s Max 98-inch TV. The Redmi Max packs a gigantic 100-inch display that supports a high refresh rate and 700 nits of peak brightness. The all-new Redmi Max 100-inch Ultra-HD LED TV also packs 30W speakers with DTS-HD audio, Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby Atmos support. Redmi Max 100-inch TV price in China is CNY 19,990 (around Rs 2,38,661). The TV comes in a single black colour, and it is available for pre-order in China, with the sale scheduled to begin from April 6th. There is no word on the Redmi Max 100-inch 4K TV India launch yet.

Redmi Max 100-inch TV specifications

Redmi Max 100-inch TV sports an IPS panel with 4K (3,840×2,160 pixels) resolution, a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 700 nits. The panel has a viewing angle of 178-degrees and covers 94 percent of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. The TV supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+, IMAX Enhanced and HLG formats as well.

As for audio, the Redmi 100-inch TV packs two 15W speakers, giving an output of 30W. The speakers are backed by Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby Atmos, and DTS-HD. At the core of the smart TV lies a quad-core processor with ARM Mali-G52 MC1 GPU paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The Redmi TV runs MIUI TV out of the box, and in terms of connectivity, features Wi-Fi 6, two HDMI 2.0 ports, one HDMI 2.1 port, two USB ports, and an Ethernet port.
