Samsung Galaxy M22 is powered by the MediaTek G80 chipset that is paired with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU for graphics. It packs 4GB RAM and 128GB storage that should be further expandable via a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 11 OS with OneUI 3.1 custom skin out of the box. It measures 159.9 x 7 x 8.4mm and weighs 186 grams. There is a 13MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

The Samsung Galaxy M22 sports a 6.4-inch HD+ sAMOLED display with 1,600 X 720 pixels resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and a waterdrop notch to house the selfie shooter. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. The Samsung Galaxy F22 has a quad-camera setup on the back, with a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP wide-angle lens with 123-degrees FoV, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
