This particular Galaxy S21 FE, which was spotted by MySmartPrice, appears with pretty underwhelming scores. Its single-core score of 598 is about half of that of a regular Snapdragon 888 powered device. Similarly, its multi-core score of 2,610 is quite low, too. Then again, the listing is all about the 8GB of RAM, more than anything else. Some time ago, we discovered that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE price would be less than its predecessor’s, at least in South Korea.
Like previous iterations of the Galaxy FE smartphones, the Galaxy S21 FE is essentially a watered-down version of the Galaxy S21 flagship. No Exynos variants of the smartphone have been spotted yet, so it could actually serve as an upgrade over the Exynos-powered Galaxy S21 in many regions. However, premium features such as wireless charging, priority software support, Samsung Pay, and the lot will still be reserved for the flagship. Nonetheless, it still does a formidable job of emulating the quintessential Samsung flagship experience at half the cost.
