Bollywood actress Sunny Leone launched her new app today in collaboration with EscapeX, a New York-based startup. The app aggregates all of the star’s social media accounts and gives its users real-time updates from Sunny Leone’s various social handles.
The app comes with a built-in web browser and an online/offline music player. It also includes support for push notifications and custom emojis. While a user could follow Sunny Leone on all of her social media platforms, using the app gives them a better chance of having their replies seen by the star. The apps makes use of a virtual currency which users can earn or purchase, and then use it to promote their replies to the top.
Commenting on the launch of the app, the star said, “The app is something that I have wanted for a long time and now it’s finally here. It is catered to my super fans where they can see everything that is happening in my world in one app. I can’t wait to share so many things with my fans in one place. Once they download the app, they are a part of my world and everything I do. Something I’m really excited about is that I get to put exclusive content as well as merchandise just for my fans on this very app.”
The application is free to download on both Android and iOS, however it comes with its fair share of ads.
