Vivo V40 SE specifications have been revealed as the phone has been officially listed on the company's website in Austria and Europe.
The V40 SE 5G sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED Display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1200 nits brightness and up to 1800 nits HDR brightness. The handset measures 158.3 x 73.1 x 7.79 mm and weighs 185.5 grams.
Under the hood, the Vivo phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC paired with Adreno GPU. The chipset is coupled with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 internal storage, further expandable via a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14 custom skin out of the box.
The Vivo V40 SE features a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP auxiliary sensor. You get a 16MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats. The phone has a large 5000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. There is support for Smart Charging Engine 2.0 and Overnight Charging Protection for extended battery life and safety. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor and an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
As said, the Vivo Europe and Vivo Austrian websites don't reveal the official pricing or availability of the phone but we should know more details in the days to come.
