Vivo X Fold 3 Pro to launch in India next month
- According to a report by MySmartPrice, the new Vivo X Fold 3 will debut in India in “early June”.
- The article states that the smartphone will be the first foldable to incorporate a Carbon Fibre Keel component in its hinge.
- The component will help keep the weight of the foldable low to ensure portability and offer robustness to the device chassis.
- The report further states that the X Fold 3 Pro has been tested by TÜV Rheinland and will offer 12 years of reliable folding and 500,000 reliable folds.
- The device has also appeared on both Geekbench database and BIS (Bureau of India Standards) certification website which suggests an imminent launch.
Vivo X Fold 3 Pro specifications
- Display: The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro features a 6.53-inch cover display and an 8.03-inch inner AMOLED LTPO folding display with 2480×2200 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 4,500nits, Dolby Vision and HDR10+.
- Processor: The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, paired with Adreno GPU for graphics, powers the device.
- RAM & Storage: The chipset is paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS4.0 storage.
- OS: The phone operates on OriginOS 4, based on Android 14.
- Cameras: The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro features a 50MP ultra-sensing primary camera with OIS, a 64MP 3x telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. There is a V3 imaging chip as well. We get a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
