Vivo X100 price and specifications have been outed ahead of the phone’s launch in China on November 13th. As Vivo gears up to release its flagship series, 91mobiles has obtained the full specifications of the vanilla model, the Vivo X100. The series will launch in the brand’s home country first and could make its way to India soon after. Here are the full specifications of the upcoming device.
Vivo X100 specifications (expected)
The Vivo X100 specifications do indicate that it’ll be quite power-packed, especially for its price range. Here’s what we have learned:

- Display: 6.78″ 120Hz 2800x1260p AMOLED
- Primary camera: 50MP main (F/1.6) + 50MP ultrawide (OIS, F/2.0) + 64MP periscope (OIS, F/2.6) (3X optical, 100X digital zoom), laser focus system
- Front camera: 32MP F/2.0
- Battery and charging: 5,000mAh, 120W
- Software: OriginOS 4 based on Android 14
- Dimensions: 164×75.2×8.5mm, 205g

In these full specifications, we also found the compatibility for India’s NavIC system with the Vivo X100, indicating that the device will indeed come to the country at some point. To recall, NavIC is India’s homegrown satellite navigation system which also came to the iPhone 15 series for the first time this year.
Vivo X100 price in China (expected)
Along with the specifications, we also learned that the Vivo X100 could start at a CNY 3,999 (approx Rs 45,500), which is just CNY 100 more expensive than its predecessor, the Vivo X90. This price tag matches an earlier leak too.
Vivo X100 will be available in four colour options: Black, Blue, White and Orange. The four storage variants will be 12/256GB, 16/256GB, 16/512GB and 16GB/1TB.
