Vivo X100s key specs, colour options tipped

  • Via Weibo, tipster Digital Chat Station said the Vivo X100s will feature a flat metal frame and a glass rear panel.
  • The display will retain support for 1.5K resolution, similar to its predecessor.
  • The upcoming Vivo X100s could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC built on a 4nm process.
  • The tipster also mentioned that the X100s may support lower 100W wired fast charging, contrasting with the Vivo X100’s 120W wired fast charging.
  • The yet-to-be-released Vivo X100s is rumoured to launch in Titanium, Green, Black, and White colour options.

Recently, the same tipster hinted that the Vivo X100s could come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, speculated to be an overclocked version of the Dimensity 9300 chipset. Additionally, the Vivo X100s might sport a flat OLED FHD+ display and a 5,000mAh battery.

Vivo X100s launch timeline (expected)

According to recent reports, the Vivo X100s could be launched in China alongside the Vivo X Fold 4 and Vivo Pad 3 series this month. However, there’s no official confirmation from Vivo yet regarding the launch.

On the other hand, DCS recently revealed some details about the alleged Vivo X100 Ultra. As per the tipster, the Vivo X100 Ultra might not hit the Chinese market until May, contrary to earlier expectations of an April release.

This upcoming phone might feature a high-quality Samsung E7 AMOLED 2K display. It is expected to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and sport a quad-camera setup with a 50MP Sony LYT-900 main camera. The device will likely pack a 5,000mAh battery that supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.

Furthermore, there is speculation regarding its name, with the possibility of it being labeled as the Vivo X100 Pro+ instead of the X100 Ultra. However, it is worth noting that Vivo hasn’t revealed anything about the Vivo X100 Ultra and Vivo X100s so far.
