Vivo Y35 has been launched in India as the latest budget offering from the brand. This comes after the mid-range 4G phone was introduced in Malaysia and Indonesia earlier this month. The phone has a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, triple cameras arranged in a square module, and a unique gradient design on the back panel. Vivo Y35 is priced at Rs 18,499 and comes in Agate Black and Dawn Gold colours. The phone is already on sale via offline stores. The company is offering Rs 1,000 cashback with ICICI Bank and SBI credit cards offline or a Rs 750 instant discount on HDFC credit and debit cards online.

The Vivo Y35 sports a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 550nits peak brightness, and 96 percent NTSC colour gamut. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC paired with Adreno 610 GPU. The phone packs 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. There is 8GB virtual RAM support as well. The phone runs on Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12 custom skin out of the box.

Moving to optics, the Vivo Y35 has triple camera sensors on the back, with a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, LED flash, a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP depth camera with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 16MP snapper on the front with an f/2.0 aperture for video chats and selfies.
