It looks like the problems faced by Ola customers don't seem to end despite the brand being in the market for a couple of years now. The video itself talks about separate problems that are constantly faced by Ola customers. The YouTuber shares a WhatsApp group that Ola users are a part of, and we can see that these users often face issues with the vehicles.
Ola is yet to comment on this issue.
Ola's woes don't seem to end as an Ola S1 Pro e-scooter caught fire in Pune. This was the second time such an incident occurred in the city, and separately in Kerala and Bhopal as well. In response to the incident, Ola Electric said that its investigations found that the fire was actually caused due to a short circuit caused by aftermarket parts used in the e-scooter.
Ola currently has three e-scooters in its portfolio — Ola S1 Air, Ola S1 X and Ola S1 Pro. The company is even hosting a sale right now where it's offering exchange discounts and offers.
