YouTuber slams boAt: here’s why

In a short video posted on Instagram, content creator Vaishnavi Shukla criticised boAt and encouraged viewers to avoid purchasing products from the brand. She expressed disappointment in the brand and accused it of deceiving consumers with low-quality items. Shukla emphasised her personal experience with a range of products, from headphones to smartwatches.

The content creator also highlighted that the company refuses to honour warranties for their damaged products. Shukla showed the broken strap of a smartwatch, asserting that it malfunctioned shortly after purchase due to their poor quality.

“Boycott boat products until and unless they start acknowledging our reviews and promise to make a change regarding the same!” Shukla captioned the post.

Meanwhile, the company responded by saying, “Hi Vaishnavi, we are eager to make things right and give you the amazing boAthead experience you deserve. We have asked for your contact details via DM.
