TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

Hannah Spearritt wanted her character and Cody Banks to be an item, but this idea was nixed by the producers.

Frankie Muniz underwent two months of martial arts training before filming began.

Frankie Muniz was paid $5 million for reprising his role as Agent Cody Banks (2003), $3 million more than the original.

Agent Cody Banks (2003) director Harald Zwart quit after disagreeing with the studio over the amount of budget allocated to the film (only $1 million more than the first film). Zwart wanted to use a lot of CGI effects which would have brought the budget up to about $30 million, a figure that MGM deemed to be too high.

Shot during Frankie Muniz's summer hiatus from Malcolm in the Middle (2000).
