TRIVIA

Trivia

Jina, played by actress Emma Booth, is the film's only female character.

Reviewer Greg "Roy" King said of the meaning of this movie's 'Swerve' title: "The title itself is evocative, not only because it refers to cars suddenly swerving or veering around an obstacle, but because it also refers to the various characters changing their moral outlook in the face of temptation and unexpected situations."

The picture has no spoken dialogue for the film's first six minutes.

The types of banknotes in the briefcase full of money were $100 Australian notes. The same denominations had featured in director Craig Lahiff's earlier movie Fever (1988).

First cinema movie in around a decade for Australian thriller director Craig Lahiff.
