As we are right at the brink of welcoming the festive season in India, major brands and e-commerce websites have announced major sales and discounts on popular products. The latest to join the bandwagon is the Chinese phonemaker – Vivo. The brand today announced a permanent price drop of Rs 2,000 on the sticker price of the V11, which launched for Rs 22,990 in India just last month. The new price will be applicable across all channels in India and will also be a part of Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale to be held between October 10-14.
To recap on the spec sheet of the handset, the Vivo V11 comes with a 6.3-inch Halo FullView FHD+ display with a waterdrop notch on top. The performance of the handset is powered by the MediaTek Helio P60 chipset ticking at its core. Vivo is offering the handset in a single variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card. For security, the smartphone comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The V11 comes with a premium glass sandwich design and flaunts an attractive two-tone gradient colourway.
Moving on, the Vivo V11 comes with a dual 16MP + 5MP sensors on the rear aided by LED flash. As for the selfies and video calling, the smartphone offers a 25-megapixel sensor nestled inside the tiny notch on the front. The brand has loaded the camera app on the smartphone with features like AI Face Beauty, Live Photo, Group Selfie, AR Stickers, AI Portrait Framing, AI scene recognition, and more. Out of the box, the V11 boots Android Oreo-based FunTouch OS 4.5. For power, the handset relies on a 3,315mAh battery with dual-engine fast charging technology.
Vivo is offering the V11 in two hues – Nebula Purple and Starry Night Black colourways. The smartphone can be picked up for the discounted price Vivo E-store, Flipkart, and offline stores in India.
