The Amazon Prime price for monthly and quarterly plans has gone up.
It should be noted that the last price increase for Amazon Prime memberships was done in December 2021. Take a look at the new prices of Amazon Prime Membership as per the plans.

The Amazon Prime membership fee in India now starts at Rs 299. This is up from the Rs 179 price that was released for December 2021. Amazon raised the price of Prime membership by a significant Rs 120 per month. When it comes to quarterly Prime prices, it will now cost Rs 599, up from Rs 459.
Meanwhile, there is no price rise for the yearly Amazon Prime membership in India. The price of an annual membership remains at Rs 1,499, and the Annual Prime Lite plan is at Rs 999.
In addition to being able to shop on Amazon, Amazon Prime members get a lot of other perks, such as Prime shipping. They can also get access to Prime Video, Prime Music, Prime deals, and a lot more. Meanwhile, perks such as Prime Reading, Prime Gaming, and Amazon Family are also included in the membership.
