The iOS 12.3.2 update has already started rolling out, and if you haven't received it yet, you can manually check for it from the system settings, in General, and head to the Software Update. It is suggested you download the update via Wi-Fi and have at least 50 percent charging left. The update doesn't bring anything new to the table apart from fixing the portrait mode bug.
