Apple is offering six months of free subscription for its music streaming service, Apple Music. This offer is only applicable for new users, and you can claim it with an eligible audio device. Apple Music free for six months: how to claim it

With free access to Apple Music, you get access to stream over 100 million songs that you can download and listen offline, Spatial Audio, and Dolby Atmos as well. If you’ve recently bought a new Apple audio device, here’s how you can claim your free six months offer:

  • First you’ll need to check if your iPhone or iPad is running the latest iOS or iPadOS version.
  • Once this is sorted, pair your audio device to your iPhone or iPad.
  • Open the Apple Music app and sign in with your Apple ID. 
  • You should see the ‘Get 6 months free’ offer once you open the Apple Music app.
  • If you don’t see it immediately, open the Listen Now tab and you should see it there.

The list of eligible audio devices for this offer are AirPods Pro, AirPods 2nd and 3rd gen, AirPods Max, HomePod, HomePod Mini, Beats Studio Buds, Powerbeats, Powerbeats Pro, Beats Solo Pro, Beats Fit Pro, Beats Studio Buds + and Beats Studio Pro. Do note that this doesn’t apply only to new devices. If you already have one of these devices then you can still claim the Apple Music offer. But this is only possible within 90 days of pairing the eligible device with your iPhone or iPad. 

Apple Music plans in India start at Rs 49 for the Siri-only Voice plan, Rs 59 per month for students, and Rs 99 per month for individuals. You can also get Rs 149 monthly Family plans.
