ASUS ROG Phone 6 and ASUS ROG Phone 6 Pro launch date in India is July 5th, the same day as the global launch of the series.
The ASUS ROG Phone 6 is expected to get the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, up to 18GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage. The device is also likely to add cooling optimisation to facilitate high performance for longer without thermal throttling.
ASUS India has officially announced the launch of the upcoming ASUS ROG Phone 6 and Phone 6 Pro in India. The launch is scheduled for July 5th and will take place at a virtual meeting on YouTube at 5:20 pm IST.
The launch will also provide more details about the device's price and availability. So far, ASUS is expected to utilise Flipkart's platform to sell the ROG Phone 6 series in India.
The ASUS ROG Phone 6 is expected to come with Qualcomm's latest and greatest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The flagship phone will pair up the processor with up to 18GB of RAM and up to 1TB of onboard storage. The ROG Phone 6 is also likely to sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel that supports a 165Hz refresh rate for gaming enthusiasts.
Under the hood, there will be a 5,850mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. At the back there will be a triple camera setup with a 64MP primary shooter and the system will support 5X optical zoom. The ROG Phone 6 is expected to be IPX4 certified as well. Not much is known about the ROG Phone 6 Pro at the moment.
