ASUS ZenFone 7 series will launch soon, a new report claims.
The report also claims the smartphone will come in at least Black and White colour options. Lastly, the report says the ZenFone 7 series price will be less than that of ASUS ROG Phone 3, which is not a surprise. If the leak is anything to go by, the ASUS ZenFone 7 series will sport a notch-less display with no dedicated selfie camera, much like its predecessor.
Talking about the specifications, the ASUS ZenFone 7 series is confirmed to be powered by Snapdragon 865 SoC. The flagship chipset from Qualcomm is likely to be paired with a 5G modem to offer high-speed internet. An alleged Geekbench listing reveals that the phone will come with up to 16GB RAM and Android 10 running out of the box. This is all we know so far!
There is no official information as to when the ASUS ZenFone 7 series will see the light of the day; however, since it has started doing the rounds of the rumour mill, we can expect it to launch soon. Considering the ASUS 6Z was an affordable flagship that was priced at a starting price of Rs 31,999, we can expect the ZenFone 7 to be priced similarly.
In related news, the Taiwanese phonemaker is slated to launch ROG Phone 3 on July 22nd in India. The gaming-focused smartphone will among the first smartphones to be powered by Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC that succeeds the Snapdragon 865 chipset. The handset is expected to debut with high screen refresh rate display, 5G connectivity, 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, 64MP triple rear cameras, and a 6,000mAh battery with 30W HyperCharge support.
