ASUS ZenFone 8 Mini specifications
As per XDA’s report, the ASUS ZenFone 8 Mini (codenamed Sake) is slated to feature a 5.9-inch FHD+ OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. While it is unclear as to how many rear camera modules the device will pack, one of them is slated to be a 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor and the other a yet-to-be-released Sony IMX663 lens. We’re probably looking at a watered-down version of the ASUS ZenFone 8’s (codename Picasso) camera setup.
A part of the ASUS ZenFone 8’s camera configuration includes a 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor, a 12.2MP Sony IMX363 sensor, and an 8MP telephoto sensor. There could be a fourth lens thrown in too, but that remains unclear at this point. As we can see, both the ASUS ZenFone 8 Mini and Zenfone 8 share camera hardware. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that they’ll have very similar, if not identical camera specs. Furthermore, the ASUS ZenFone 8 also appears to have a Pixelworks i6 visual processor, which was also present on the recently-launched ASUS ROG Phone 5.
