"The Huawei Nova 4e is expected to be launched globally as the Huawei P30 Lite on March 26th in Paris"
Huawei recently teased the launch of Nova 4e in China, which is expected to be P30 Lite for the brand's home market. Notably, Huawei will launch the P30 Lite along with P30 and P30 Pro flagships at an event in Paris on March 26th. While recent leaks and speculations have revealed tidbits of the upcoming phone, a more recent leak has painted a more clear picture ahead of the official launch.
Exclusively uncovered by MySmartPrice, the leak reveals that the Huawei Nova 4e will ship with a 6.15-inch TFT LCD display with full HD+ screen resolution and waterdrop notch. Powering the performance o nth mid-range smartphone is the 12nm octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 710 chipset. The processor will be further mated to ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU and either 4GB or 6GB RAM depending on the variant. The onboard storage remains the same for both variants viz. 128GB with support for microSD cards. In the software department, the handset will boot the latest EMUI 9.0.1 based on the Android 9.0 Pie. The leak also reveals that the Nova 4e will be powered by 3,340mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The leak also revealed the colours of the handset - Magic Night, Bird Blue and Pearl White.
Notably, the brand recently teased the smartphone launch from its Weibo handle without revealing any details of the phone. However, a teaser video from the brand has already confirmed that the handset will flaunt the waterdrop notch. The teaser also revealed that the waterdrop notch will be home to a 32-megapixel shooter. However, the rear camera details were missing from the latest leak. A past rumour has suggested that the Huawei Nova 4e will have a triple camera setup on the back with 20MP, 16MP, and 2MP cameras.
We will get to know more about the smartphone this week as the phone goes official on March 14th in China.
