The Moto G22 ships with Android 12 out of the box and offers an ad-free user experience. There's support for ThinkShield for mobile which is claimed to offer a suite of hardware and software security features to protect personal data from malware. Moto G22 specifications include a 6.5-inch HD+ display, 90Hz refresh rate, 20W TurboCharge support, 64GB storage, Android 12 OS out of the box, MediaTek Helio G37 chipset and a large 5000mAh battery.
Moto G22 price in India is Rs 10,999 for the single 4GB+64GB variant. It comes in Pearl White, Mint Green, Iceberg Blue, and Cosmic Black colour options. The handset will be available from April 13th at 12 PM IST via Flipkart. The company is offering a 10 percent instant discount via ICICI Bank Credit card and EMI transactions between April 13th and 14th.
The Moto G22 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ MaxVision display with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio display, and 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G37 chipset paired with the IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The phone packs 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage that is further expandable via a microSD card.
The Moto G22 will be available from April 13th at 12 PM IST via Flipkart.
The Moto G22 runs on Android 12 OS out of the box with MyUX custom skin on top. Connectivity features include 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, dual-SIM, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port for charging. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. It comes with a water-repellent coating to protect it from splashes. There is a 5,000mAh battery with 20W TurboCharge support.
The Moto G22 will have triple cameras on the back, led by a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an LED flash, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. It measures 163.95 x 74.94 x 8.49mm in size and weighs 185 grams.
