- Ola Electric now gives 10 colour options for both the Ola S1 and S1 Pro
- The ‘Gerua’ shade that debuted earlier is now permanently part of both the scooter’s offering

Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has announced via a tweet that the company will now have 10 colours available for both the Ola S1 and the Ola S1 Pro electric scooters. The CEO also mentioned the permanent addition of the ‘Gerua’ colour to the palette on both the Ola S1 and the S1 Pro. The Gerua colour had debuted last year for a limited run on Holi.
Earlier the Ola S1 was available in five colours. The Ola S1 and S1 Pro are now offered in 11 colour options that include – Gerua, Jet Black, Porcelain White, Neo Mint, Coral Glam, Liquid Silver, Matt Black, Jet Black, Midnight Blue, Anthracite Grey, Millenial Pink and Marshmellow.
CEO Bhavish also announced that the company will soon launch service subscription plans and is likely to bring in some major changes in Ola Electric’s after-sales service structure. The CEO claims to equip all of its experience centres with service desks within 30 days. This will be aimed at providing a same-day service routine for customers.
Ola S1 and S1 Pro price, specifications
Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro are premium electric scooter offerings from the Bengaluru-based EV startup. Both scooters utilise a 5.5kW motor with a peak power output of 8.5kW. The motor is mated to a 3kWh battery pack in the Ola S1 while it is mated to a larger 4kWh battery pack on the S1 Pro. This results in a claimed riding range of 141km on the S1 as compared to the 181km range that the S1 Pro boasts of.
In terms of features, both the Ola S1 and S1 Pro get 7-inch colour TFT display, navigation, control via a companion app, music playback, reverse mode, etc. The Ola S1 Pro additionally gets Cruise Control. The Ola S1 and Ola S1 carry a price tag of Rs 99,999 and Rs 1,29,999 (ex-showroom) respectively. The company also provides an extended warranty package of up to five years on both electric scooters with coverage for the motor, battery and other components.
