OnePlus Ace 2 Pro camera, Wi-Fi details

Through Weibo, OnePlus has officially revealed that the phone will pack a Sony IMX 890 sensor (which has been seen in Nothing Phone (2), OnePlus 11R, and OPPO Reno 10 Pro among others) with OIS technology.
Additionally, the upcoming phone will be adopting OPPO’s top-tier image algorithm to enhance its camera capabilities along with support for the company’s ProXDR photon matrix technology to restore the authentic interplay of light and shadow in photos.

Wi-Fi:

The recent teaser also discloses that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will be compatible with Wi-Fi 7 technology, enabling faster speeds and greater bandwidth.
The upcoming Wi-Fi 7 is expected to surpass the capabilities of its predecessors, Wi-Fi 6 and 6E. It is expected to offer speeds that might be as much as four times faster.
Wi-Fi 7’s improvements will lead to superior video quality and improved cloud gaming.
As per reports, Wi-Fi 7 is poised to cater to the needs of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) applications, which demand both high data transfer rates and minimal delays.

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro specifications

The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is confirmed to feature a 6.74-inch flexible OLED screen designed with a BOE Q9+ panel. The display will showcase a resolution of 1.5K, along with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Additionally, the screen will incorporate a 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming feature and will also carry TUV Rheinland certification.
As per the company, the upcoming OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is confirmed to be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
The phone will have 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 flash storage.
The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 150W SUPERVOOC technology, ensuring a complete charge in just 17 minutes.
Alongside this, the phone will come with a GaN charging adapter that can handle 45W PD charging and offer dual USB Type-C outputs.

While the Ace series is exclusively sold in China for now, there’s a chance it might make its way to other regions under a different name. To recall, OnePlus Ace 2 was released globally as the OnePlus 11R.
