If past trends are anything to go by, we can expect the OnePlus Ace 2 to be rebadged as the OnePlus 11R for the Indian and global markets. So far, OnePlus has not said anything about the OnePlus Ace 2, but the key specifications of the device have now surfaced, as the alleged OnePlus Ace 2 has received the Chinese CMIIT certification. Let’s take a look.
Alleged OnePlus Ace 2 specs
As seen in the certification image above, the OnePlus Ace 2 (with the model number PHK110) has recently been certified. The certification hints that the launch of the device must be nearing. The OnePlus Ace 2 is said to offer a 5,000mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging over a USB Type-C charging port, much like the OnePlus 11.
Under the hood, the OnePlus Ace 2 is tipped to come equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which will likely be paired with up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. In terms of cameras, the OnePlus Ace 2 is expected to sport a 50MP main camera alongside two other cameras. At the front, we can expect the device to feature a 16MP or a 32MP selfie snapper. Speaking of the front, the OnePlus Ace 2 is likely to come with a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED display.
Coming to the OS, the OnePlus Ace 2 is said to offer the latest Android 13-based ColorOS 13 skin out of the box to the users. It remains to be seen whether OnePlus integrates its iconic alert slider with the OnePlus Ace 2 or not.
