OnePlus Nord 2 India launch timeline has been tipped. The company had introduced the original OnePlus Nord back in July 2020. On June 10th, OnePlus is launching yet another Nord device, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G. However, that isn’t the only OnePlus Nord device under the pipeline. Leaks and rumors in the past have suggested that OnePlus could launch the OnePlus Nord 2 in India along with or soon after the Nord CE 5G in the country. There hasn’t been any news on the OnePlus Nord 2 India launch timeline so far. That, fortunately, changes today as a popular tipster has revealed when you can expect the Nord successor.

OnePlus Nord 2 India launch timeline tipped
According to tipster Mukul Sharma, OnePlus Nord 2 could launch in India in July. The claim from Mukul falls in line with previous reports, which suggest that OnePlus will launch two Nord smartphones in June/July 2021. One of those two phones is the OnePlus Nord CE 5G that is launching on June 10th, 2021, and the other, as Mukul claims, could be the OnePlus Nord 2. Moreover, OnePlus Nord was launched in July 2020. So, it makes sense for the successor to arrive exactly one year later.
OnePlus has accidentally posted the OnePlus Nord 2 moniker in one of the documents on the brand’s official website for the US, confirming the existence of the device. As the name suggests, OnePlus Nord 2 will be a direct successor to the OnePlus Nord. So, you can expect the OnePlus Nord 2 to have better specifications than its predecessor. Reports suggest that the phone will come equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. Plus, the device has reportedly been certified through the Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) platform.
