Oukitel, a Chinese manufacturer, has unveiled its latest offering called the Oukitel K1000, which is the world’s first smartphone to boast a 10,000mAh battery. Notably, the brand launched the Oukitel K6000 smartphone in October this year featuring a massive 6,000mAh battery.
In addition to the beefy battery, the Oukitel K10000 smartphone offers reverse charging, which allows users to use the handset as a power bank to charge other devices. As per the brand, the battery of the phone is capable of charging three iPhone 6s Plus smartphones.
Coming to the other specs, the Oukitel K10000 offers a 5.5-inch HD display, a 1.6GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, 8MP/2MP cameras, Android 5.1 Lollipop, 4G LTE, and dual-SIM slots. The phone has been priced at $199.99 (around Rs 13,500), and is up for pre-order on a US-based e-commerce retailer.
