POCO X2 camera issue fix
If you own a POCO X2 and are facing this rare camera bug, then there could be a simple fix. The problem is with the MIUI Camera app, which can crash, display a black screen, or freeze when switching to the rear camera. Some even experienced an error message saying ‘Can’t connect to Camera’. Now, the POCO India Support handle has tweeted out a possible fix.
According to POCO India Support, a simple clearing of data on the Camera app could fix the issues. The company shared a step-by-step guide on Twitter detailing the step-by-step instructions on how to fix the problem. Here’s what you’ll need to do.
- Open the Settings app on your POCO X2.
- Navigate to Manage Apps and look for Camera.
- Select Clear Data and do the needful.
- Restart the phone.
This method will most likely fix the problems with the Camera app on the POCO X2. However, if the issue still persists, then POCO suggests taking the phone to a service centre after reporting the issue in the Service & Feedback app. The service centre will fix the problem for free, and you should have the camera working again. The POCO X2 comes with a quad-rear camera setup that includes a 64MP primary sensor and takes really good photos in daylight.
