Realme X7 5G and X7 Pro 5G India launch date has been officially revealed and the company has also teased several key features of both smartphones. The smartphones will be launching on February 4th at 12:30pm IST and will go on sale on Flipkart. On the Realme India website, the company has teased key Realme X7 Pro specifications such as the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset, 184 grams slim design, 120Hz Super AMOLED display, 65W fast charging, and more. These specifications are similar to that of the variant that was launched in China. However, the Realme X7 5G India variant specs will not be similar to the one launched in China. In fact, the phone seems to be a rebranded Realme V15 that was launched earlier this month.

Realme X7 5G India variant is a rebranded Realme V15

The company’s official India website reveals that the Realme X7 5G will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset, 50W SuperDart fast charging support, 4,300mAh battery, 64MP triple rear cameras, and weighs 176 grams, which are similar to the Realme V15’s specifications. To recall, the Realme X7 China variant offers 65W fast charging support, 64MP quad cameras, and weighs 185 grams. Moreover, the Realme X7 5G India variant design is also similar to the Realme V15 with the gradient Nebula colour finish.

Realme X7 5G India variant specifications

Realme X7 5G India variant features an FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by the 2.4GHz MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset, which comes with an integrated 5G modem. The RAM and storage configuration is yet to be revealed. The smartphone will pack a 4,300mAh battery and support 50W fast charging support. The triple camera system at the back includes a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. To recall, the Realme V15 comes with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It also features Hi-Res Audio certification, a Type-C port, dual nano-SIM slot, and Android 10-based Realme UI.

Realme X7 5G price in India (expected)

Since the Realme X7 5G India variant will be similar to the Realme V15, we can expect the price to be more affordable compared to the Realme X7 China variant. Realme V15 price in China starts at CNY 1,399 (approx Rs 15,800) for the 6GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 128GB option is priced at CNY 1,999 (approx Rs 22,500). This means we can expect the Realme X7 5G price in India to be well under Rs 20,000 and quite possibly the cheapest 5G phone in the country yet.
