Affordable Redmi laptops may launch in India soon, priced under Rs 25,000

Furthermore, the report suggests the base variant will have the Intel Core i3 processor that will be starting below Rs 25,000, while the pricer model will come with the older version of the Intel Core i5 chipset. These machines may be manufactured in India and will be completely different compared to the existing RedmiBook devices that are available in China. While nothing has been said about their launch timeline, they may debut sometime this year, probably by August if not sooner.

The Redmi laptops will be available in various colours and might offer features like all-day battery life and Windows 10 Home Edition. Unfortunately, not much else is known about the laptops at the moment. Either way, we suggest you take this with a pinch of salt and wait for an official confirmation.
