The Samsung Galaxy A82 is expected to arrive in both 5G and 4G only variants depending on the region. The latter may arrive with Snapdragon 855+, as revealed by Geekbench. The Samsung Galaxy A82 Geekbench listing suggests it'll come with Android 11 OS with OneUI 3.1 custom skin, 6GB RAM and as said, Snapdragon 855+ SoC. It has managed to score 755 in the single-core round and 2,630 points in the multi-core round. Not much else is known about the Galaxy A82 5G at the moment but we'll be on the lookout for more information to come our way. Stick around.
To recall the Samsung Galaxy A80, the smartphone flaunts a 6.7-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display with an in-screen fingerprint sensor for security. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC paired with Adreno 618 GPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB internal storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. The phone boots Android 9.0 Pie with One UI custom skin on top. The phone houses a 3,700mAh battery with 25W fast-charging support fuels the phone. The Samsung Galaxy A80 has triple rear cameras at the back with a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-lens, a 3D ToF third sensor for depth-of-field. The rear cameras also work as selfie snapper. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, and USB Type-C support.
