Samsung Galaxy A90 5G smartphone is now officially announced after several rumours and leaks. It’s the company’s first A-series phone to come with 5G support and Samsung DeX, which allows you to expand the phone’s screen to PC or TV. The handset sports a 6.7-inch full-HD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display and is powered by the Snapdragon 855 processor, aided by up to 8GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G also comes with Microsoft Your Phone app that enables users to mirror their phone display onto a desktop to check notifications, send and receive messages, browse photos, and more. The handset rocks a 4,500mAh battery with 25W super-fast charging support.

The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is priced at WON 899,900 (around Rs 53,400) and comes in Black and White colour options. The handset will be available in Korea starting September 4th and will gradually roll out to other markets.

The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G flaunts a 6.7-inch full-HD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display with 2,400 x 1,080 pixels resolution and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 855 SoC, coupled with Adreno 640 GPU. It comes in two variants: 6GB RAM + 128GB and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G runs Android 9.0 Pie with OneUI custom skin on top. In terms of optics, the handset features a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary (f/2.0) sensor, an 8MP secondary ultra-wide-angle lens with 123-degree field of view and a 5MP depth sensor.
On the front, the Samsung Galaxy A9 5G packs a 32MP sensor for selfies and video chats. The handset packs an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, and it measures 164.8 x 76.4 x 8.4 mm and weighs 206 grams. Connectivity options include 5G connectivity, Dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS and USB Type-C port. A 4500mAh battery with 25W superfast charging support fuels the phone.
