- The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE’s battery has reportedly cleared the SafetyKorea certification.
- The listing, as spotted by GalaxyClub, shows the phone’s battery will have the model number EB-BS711ABY.
- The handset bears the model number SM-S711.
- Unfortunately, the certification fails to reveal the battery capacity of the phone but speculations are rife that the phone might pack a 4,500mAh battery.

- Separately, a report by WinFuture citing data from import-export databases revealed some details about the prototypes of the alleged device.
- This shows the model number SM-711B, which is allegedly a European variant and explicitly confirms the moniker.
- The database reveals the Galaxy S23 FE will feature a 50MP main camera sensor.
- Furthermore, the entries were not recorded until the end of April 2023, which is shortly after the first manufacturing tools and components were recorded in the same databases.
- “Normally, it takes at least three months for a new Samsung smartphone actually go on sale after the first mention in these databases,” said the report.
- The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is expected to feature the Exynos 2200 chipset. In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series ships with the Snapdragon 8 Gen2.
