Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra display details leaked
According to tipster Ice Universe, the South Korean tech giant seems to be considering a different design approach for the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which includes the existence of slightly thicker bezels.
- The bezels on the Galaxy S24 Ultra are expected to be similar in size to those on the Galaxy A54, which might not be considered visually appealing, as per the tipster.
- Additionally, the bezels will only be symmetrical in pairs: the left and right sides will measure 3.42mm, while the top and bottom will measure 3mm each.
- This design choice would lead to an 88 percent screen-to-body ratio, marking the lowest ratio since the Galaxy S10 was introduced back in 2010.
- Just to compare, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, launched early this year, features an 89.9 percent screen-to-body ratio.

However, coming to the good part, the tipster also mentioned that upcoming smartphone might feature a brighter display as compared to its predecessors and also the iPhone 14 Pro models.
- According to the tipster, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to achieve a peak brightness exceeding 2,200 nits.
- It’s worth mentioning that the Galaxy S23 Ultra offers a peak brightness of 1,750 nits, while the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max offer a peak brightness of 2,000 nits.
- However, it won’t be the brightest on the phone since the OPPO Find X6 Pro achieves 2,500 nits peak brightness.
Recently, the tipster also indicated that the Galaxy S24 Ultra could feature an enhanced display and a quad-camera arrangement that includes a 50MP telephoto lens. There’s also speculation suggesting that the phone will probably be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and support 45W fast charging technology.
