Samsung upcoming devices
- Samsung is working on at least eight new devices that could launch soon. The updated list was shared on X by @TheGalox_ who regularly posts the latest in tech.
- The list starts with the Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition. Samsung usually launches a Thom Browne edition for its foldables so this isn’t exactly surprising.
- Next in line is the Galaxy S23 FE that is expected to launch in September. It would be a lighter version of the Galaxy S23 series but still offer a flagship-like experience.
- It looks like Samsung is serious about expanding its FE lineup as it’s reportedly working on the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ and Galaxy Tab S9 FE. These would be the ‘Fan Edition’ models of the flagship Galaxy Tab S9 series. There have been rumours about these tablets with prices expected to start at Rs 63,000 for the Wi-Fi variant, and Rs 65,000 for the 5G model.
- Another tablet series is expected to launch, and this one’s the Galaxy Tab A9+ and Galaxy Tab A9. This would be a more budget offering from Samsung, and the tablets will succeed the Galaxy Tab A8 series that launched last year.
In addition to phones and tablets, Samsung also has wearbles and accessories planned. First up is the Galaxy Buds 3, something that we were expecting to see at the last Unpacked event. There’s also a rumour about a possible ‘FE’ model for the Galaxy Buds 3. In the accessories department, Samsung is reportedly working on the Galaxy Smart Tags 2. These are Apple AirTag-like smart trackers that can help you track lost devices.
