Many long time fans of the series have been pretty disappointed at the launch as the game seems to have a lot of performance issues on PC. The Last of Us Part 1 has mostly negative reviews on Steam, with many players complaining about performance issues. What's even more strange is that many critics and content creators seemingly haven't received a press copy of the game. Critics would have been able call out the poor quality of PC port, encouraging potential players to avoid buying the game until issues are fixed.
