The Vivo X70 series is expected to debut in India in September.
Alleged Vivo X70 has appeared on Geekbench with the model number V2104. The listing shows the phone will come with Android 11 OS, probably skinned with Funtouch skin on top and 12GB RAM. There are chances we might see other RAM models at launch. Interestingly, the motherboard section shows the phone will be powered by the MT6893Z, which is associated with the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. That's pretty much everything that is revealed from the Geekbench listing.
According to recent reports, the Vivo X70 is said to ship with a large f/1.15 aperture that should allow more light and produce brighter images in comparison to other flagships. It is said to come with five-axis image stabilisation and if it's indeed legit, Vivo X70 could be the first phone on the planet with such a feature. The phone is said to come with a Samsung E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. We can expect it to arrive with the Gorilla Glass 6 layer on top. The high-end model in the series could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and other specs could include Zeiss optics and 66W fast-charging support.
The Vivo X70 Pro price in India is said to be around Rs 50,000, while the X70 Pro Plus will be a little expensive at around Rs 70,000. However, we're yet to learn the pricing of the standard Vivo X70 but if we were to guess, we expect it to be under Rs 50,000.
