In May this year, Acer introduced the powerful Nitro 5 gaming notebook. Today, the company has finally brought the notebook to India. The laptop features a red backlit keyboard, and red outlined WSAD keys and touchpad. It gets a matte black chassis with a hairline finish.
The Acer Nitro 5 features a 15.6-inch full HD IPS display. It comes powered by 7th-gen Intel Core i7 or i5 processors, mated to 16GB of RAM. The notebook can be configured with either an NVIDIA GeForce 1050 or 1050Ti graphics card featuring 4GB of DDR5 video RAM. The laptop is equipped with dual fans and Acer Coolboost technology, which the brand claims can cool the CPU and GPU by more than 11 percent. Users can also manually control the cooling process when heavy use requires an added boost.
The Acer Nitro 5 comes with a 128GB SSD paired with a 1TB HDD for storage. It features Dolby Audio Premium and Acer TrueHarmony technology to deliver an immersive media experience. The connectivity features include a Gigabit Ethernet port, Wi-Fi, a USB Type-C port, a USB 3.0 port with power-off charging, two USB 2.0 ports and an HDMI 2.0 port.
The Acer Nitro 5 gaming notebook will be available at a starting price of Rs 75,990 on Flipkart and Acer stores.
