Bigg Boss OTT has been renewed for another season, and it’s going to start streaming soon. This is the second season of the OTT version of the popular reality show, Bigg Boss. The first season aired in 2021, and it was hosted by Karan Johar. Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 will be hosted by Bollywood actor Salman Khan, and it will stream on JioCinema and not Voot as it earlier did.

Bigg Boss OTT will be available to stream for free on JioCinema. You can download the JioCinema app on iOS and Android, or you can stream on the web as well. This time it won’t stream on Voot as the two platforms are merging to form one unified streaming platform, JioCinema. Both services are under Reliance’s subsidiary, Viacom18. Eventually, Voot will phase out with its shows and movies joining JioCinema’s library. 

Bigg Boss OTT Season 2

JioCinema started teasing Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 during the IPL matches. It has now released a trailer announcing the release date for the reality TV show. Unlike Bigg Boss, the OTT version doesn’t broadcast on TV and instead streams online only. It releases a daily major episode but also streams live non-stop. The show’s setup is the same though with a group of contestants living together, performing tasks, and surviving to become the winner. 

Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 cast (Expected)

JioCinema is yet to reveal the contestants that will take part in Bigg Boss OTT Season 2. But there have been rumours on the celebrities that are expected to join the show. Based on speculations, Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 could feature Awez Darbar, Umar Riaz, Jiya Shankar, Munawar Faruqui, Anushka Sen and Pooja Gor.
