Huawei sub-brand, Honor, recently launched its ambitious, Honor View 20 (review) in India. The first ever punch-hole display phone in India went on sale on Amazon India and Honor official online store starting January 30th. The brand had announced that the smartphone will made available in offline stores in February. To that measure, Honor has entered into an exclusive partnership with Reliance Digital.
Honor View 20 offline availability, price
As part of its partnership with Reliance Digital, Honor will offer the View 20 at Reliance Digital and My Jio Stores in over 700 cities starting from February 6th. In a surprise move, the Honor View 20 will retail at the same price in offline stores as Amazon India. To recap, the Honor View 20 price in India has been set as Rs 37,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant and Rs 45,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model. As an introductory offer, Reliance is also offering Rs 2,200 Cashback and upto 2.2TB data. The smartphone is being offered in Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue colour options.
Honor View 20 specifications
For the uninitiated, Honor View 20 ships wit a 6.4-inch IPS punch hole display with full-HD+ resolution and 91.82 percent screen-to-body ratio. There is a high-end 7nm Kirin 980 chipset ticking at its core, paired with dual NPU, GPU Turbo Technology 2.0, and liquid cooling. In the imaging department, the smartphone offers a 48-megapixel Sony IMX 586 main sensor and a 3D ToF lens on the rear. The piercing in the top left corner of the display houses a 25-megapixel shooter. Both camera modules on the Honor View 20 are aided by Honor’s AI and machine learning algorithms for an improved result.
In the software department, the flagship device comes flaunting he custom Magic UI 2.0 atop Android Pie. As for the security, the View 20 offers a a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock. A 4,000mAh battery with 4.5V/ 5A fast charging support completes the spec sheet.
