Huawei P30 and P30 Pro display resolution and Android version revealed by UAProf

Huawei has announced it will launch its foldable 5G phone at MWC 2019, while the next-generation P series smartphones are expected to launch in March. The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro smartphones, which may be unveiled on March 28th, have leaked once again now. User Agent profiles for the VOG-L29 and ELE-L29 smartphones have been spotted on Huawei’s website recently. The codenames are reportedly for Huawei P30 Pro and P30, respectively. There is also a device called P30 Lite in the P series, which gets the codename MAR-LX1M and its UAProf had already revealed some of its specifications.

As mentioned in a report by MySmartPrice, the UAProfiles of the P30 and P30 Pro smartphones have revealed that both of the devices will boot Android 9 Pie-based EMUI 9.0 software and feature displays with full HD+ resolution (1,080 x 2,340 pixels) and waterdrop-style notch. On the other hand, the Huawei P30 Lite will reportedly feature 1,080 x 2,312-pixel display resolution.

Previous leaks have claimed the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro would be powered by the HiSilicon 7nm Kirin 980 chipset that was announced last year. In terms of optics, the P30 would sport a triple-camera setup, while the P30 Pro would have four lenses at the back. These camera setups have been shown in leaked images of cases too. The standard model is said to have a 6.1-inch screen, while the Pro version is tipped with a 6.5-inch panel, both featuring optical in-display fingerprint sensors. Other features expected from the 2019 P series models are thin bezels and 8GB of RAM. However, there is no information about their battery capacities.
