OnePlus 11 software update and changelog

OnePlus has made the announcement about the new software update through the OnePlus Community forum.
The broader rollout of the new update will begin after a few days.
The new update is rolling only in India, for now, and will reach the EU/NA region in late June. For carrier-exclusive models, the update may be delayed.
