New iPad Pro, iPad Air launch timeline, other details

According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple is set to unveil new iPad Pro and iPad Air models in early May, although an exact launch date hasn't been specified.
The iPad Pro models are expected to feature OLED display technology, a revamped Magic Keyboard and new M3 chips, while the iPad Air will be available in both the standard 10.9-inch size and a larger 12.9-inch size.
Gurman mentioned that Apple's suppliers are currently increasing production of the new iPads. Initially, the tech giant aimed for a launch in March or early April but is now focusing on completing the software for the new devices.
Additionally, the OLED iPad Pro models require intricate manufacturing techniques, which have contributed to the delay, the report mentioned.

A recent report mentioned that the OLED displays instead of the current mini-LED panels are expected to result in a slimmer design for the iPad Pro models. Additionally, the new iPad Pro models might include a landscape-oriented Face ID camera.
