OnePlus 8T launch event is scheduled for October 14th: everything you need to know

OnePlus 8T 5G will go on sale in India through Amazon. The e-commerce website has a dedicated page for the smartphone and has revealed that the device will come in an 8GB RAM variant. The launch event will likely be live-streamed through official channels starting from 7:30 PM IST. 

OnePlus 8T renders leaked in the past have revealed that the phone will come with a corner punch-hole cutout. There will be a redesigned rear camera module with L-shaped camera setup. The smartphone will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor and a quad-camera system. 

OnePlus 8T 5G specifications may include an FHD+ Fluid AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone could be powered by the newer Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The OnePlus 8T quad-camera setup may include a new 48MP sensor accompanied by a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP macro, and a 2MP portrait lens. The phone is also rumoured to come with 65W fast charging support, which would be a major upgrade over previous OnePlus flagships.
