OnePlus Nord 2 CE passes by BIS certification website, India launch imminent

The OnePlus Nord 2 CE is a decidedly mid-range smartphone that will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display and will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor.

As seen in the image above, the OnePlus Nord 2 CE (with the model number OnePlus IV2201) has recently received the Indian BIS certification. Though a BIS listing does not mandate a launch, it's certainly a hint and there is a high chance that we'll get to see the device in the country sometime in early Q1, 2022. Unfortunately enough, the BIS listing does not tell us anything about the specifications and features of the OnePlus Nord 2 CE. But fret not, as we have already leaked almost all of its key specifications.

OnePlus Nord 2 CE specifications

The OnePlus Nord 2 CE will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is likely to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor, which will be paired with 8GB/128GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The device will sport a triple rear camera setup - a 64MP OmniVision sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. At the front, the OnePlus Nord 2 CE will feature a 16MP selfie shooter.

Coming to the battery of the device, the OnePlus Nord 2 CE will have a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
