The OPPO Pad Air has been launched in China officially alongside the OPPO Reno 8 series. It is the company's second tablet after the OPPO Pad that debuted back in February. The OPPO Pad Air shares similar hardware as the Realme Pad except for a few changes and even the design almost resembles it. The OPPO Pad Air has slim bezels around the screen, a single rear camera on the back — with a division below the camera module and dual-tone design, and an LCD panel. The tablet seems to have a brushed aluminium build.

The OPPO Pad Air is priced at RMB 1299 (around Rs 15,100) for the 4GB+64GB model, RMB 1,499 (around Rs 17,500) for the 4GB + 128GB version, and RMB 1,699 (around Rs 19,810) for the 6GB + 128GB variant.

The company is also offering OPPO Pencil and Smart Magnetic keyboard. They are priced at RMB 299 (approx Rs 3,500) and RMB 349 (around Rs 4100). It is up for pre-orders and will go on sale in China from May 31st.

The OPPO Pad Air sports a 10.36-inch 2K display with a 2000×1200 pixel resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 255 PPI and 360nits typical brightness. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 with Adreno 610 GPU. The tablet packs 4GB/6GB LPDDR4X RAM coupled with 64GB/128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage that is further expandable up to 512GB. It runs on Android 12 with ColorOS 12 for tablet.

Moving to optics, the OPPO Pad Air has a single 8MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and can record 1080p videos. There is a 5MP snapper on the front with an f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video chats. It is equipped with quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support and USB Type-C audio.

There is a 7,100mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB type C. It measures 245.08 x 154.84 x 6.94 mm and weighs 440 grams.
