PUBG Mobile India ban: full list of 118 apps banned by government

These apps will soon be removed from Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Another round of apps has been banned in India — the list is even bigger this time and includes the extremely popular mobile battle royale game PUBG Mobile. The government of India has invoked its power under section 60A of the IT act to block as many as 118 Chinese apps in the country as they are "prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, Defence of India, Security of State and Public Order". This is the third time since June that the government has invoked the rule. With the new order, PUBG Mobile, PUBG Mobile Lite, WeChat Work, App Lock, AliPay, ShareSave by Xiaomi, and 112 other apps join TikTok and 58 other Chinese apps that have been banned in India.
