Realme’s new smartphone teased on X
The teaser tagline, “No Periscope. No Flagship,” hints that the upcoming flagship smartphone, likely the Realme 12 Pro+, will indeed feature a periscope telephoto camera. The recently released Realme GT 5 Pro marked the brand’s first flagship with a dedicated periscope telephoto camera. There is a possibility that the upcoming phone could also be the GT 5 Pro, but since the 12 Pro series was spotted on India’s BIS certification site, it could be the latter. Tipster Abhishek Yadav has also revealed that the Realme 12 Pro+ is expected to launch in India by the end of January or February 2024 and could potentially feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC.
