Galaxy S21 Ultra is Samsung’s first smartphone outside the Note series to support the S Pen.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra's S Pen will not have the same feature set as the one that ships with the Note line-up of smartphones. It does not feature Bluetooth control, nor does it support Air Actions. In fact, the S21 Ultra is compatible with any Wacom stylus, which means Any S Pen from past Note smartphones or Samsung tablets will also work with the smartphone. According to a SamMobile report, this is what Samsung had to say about S Pen support on future Galaxy phones:

Samsung Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, S21 Ultra are powered by Samsung's latest Exynos 2100 chipset and feature up to 12 GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The Galaxy S21 features a 6.2-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, the Galaxy S21+ has a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and the Galaxy S21 Ultra features a bigger 6.8-inch WQHD+ AMOLED display. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
On the imaging front, the Galaxy S21 Ultra features a quad-camera setup at the back, comprising of a 108MP wide camera with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and two 10MP telephoto lenses. There is a 40MP selfie snapper housed in a punch-hole at the front. The Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus on the other have triple sensors at the back with a 12MP primary camera with OIS, a 64MP telephoto lens with 3X hybrid optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide angle sensor. For selfies, the two smartphones have a 10MP snapper. All three smartphones run Android 11 with Samsung's OneUI 3.0 custom skin on top.
