Samsung Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A30s smartphones were launched in India back in September. The former's price was recently slashed by Rs 2,000, bringing down its price to Rs 20,999 for the 4GB + 128GB variant and Rs 22,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model. Now, the Galaxy A50s has received yet another price cut of Rs 1,000 — the 6GB + 128GB model now costs Rs 21,999, instead, of Rs 22,999, similarly, the 4GB + 128GB model is now available for Rs 19,999, down from Rs 20,999. Samsung also dropped the pricing of the Galaxy A30s in India — the sole 4GB + 64GB now sets you back by Rs 15,999 as opposed to the Rs 16,999 launch price tag. The Samsung Galaxy A50s and galaxy A30s new price is already applicable via offline stores but isn't reflected on Amazon.in or Samsung website yet.
The Samsung Galaxy A50s flaunts a 6.4-inch full-HD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display with 2,340 x 1,080 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core Exynos 9611 10nm SoC coupled with Mali-G72 GPU. The handset is available in two variants: 6GB RAM + 128GB and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage that is further expandable via 512GB. The Samsung Galaxy A50s runs on Android 9 Pie-based One UI. In the camera department, the Galaxy A50s sports a 48-megapixel (f/2.0) primary sensor, a 5-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, there is a 32MP snapper for selfies and video chats. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
The Samsung Galaxy A30s packs a 6.4-inch HD+ Infinity-V Super AMOLED display with 1,560 x 720 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7904 SoC coupled with Mali-G71 GPU, 4GB RAM and 64GB user expandable storage. The handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie with Samsung's One UI skin on top. In terms of optics, the Galaxy A30s has a triple camera setup at the back with a 25MP primary sensor with LED flash, a 5MP depth sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, there is a 16MP snapper for selfies and video chats. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner for security and a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging.
